Author visits with Lisa Rogers

I love talking with students about books and writing! Working with young writers and inspiring them to find their own voices has been the most fulfilling part of being a teacher and author.

My career as an elementary school librarian & teacher directly led to me to writing for children.

Our active library was filled with literature discovery and discussion, examination of writers’ and illustrators’ choices, and all kinds of writing–poetry, fiction, and nonfiction.

I’ve hosted many author visits, in person and virtual. Now that I’m a full-time writer, I’m offering my own visits.

Contact me using the form on this page for information about my presentations and writing workshops.

I look forward to meeting you and your students!
